#H5FYI – Back To School Planning

Lunch //

According to this article,  Building a healthy lunch applies to all of us, regardless of age, gender, and diet preference. I’m going to share a template that each and everyone of you can use for yourselves, for your loves, or for your kids just by adding ingredients that fit your needs. For example in my lunch box above I have some of my favorites, quinoa, chickpeas with tomatoes, an apple, almonds, zucchini, Nourishing Nut & Seed Bread, and Lemon Lime Guacamole. A fantastic balance of carbohydrates, fiber, protein, and healthy fats.

Homework //

Organization is key. Always make sure to have your materials properly labeled and stored so that they are easy to find and put away. Creating a designated workspace with no distractions can also help you concentrate on getting your work done efficiently.
